These terms cover the free quiz on confbooster.com and the two books sold after it. They are written in plain language, to describe how the service actually works. If anything is unclear, email hello@confbooster.com.
1. What Confbooster is
Confbooster is an educational self-help product. It has two parts:
- A free quiz. Thirteen questions that return a Confidence Index out of 100 and your dominant pattern. It is a structured self-assessment, not a psychometric test and not a diagnosis.
- Two digital books, as PDFs. “The Plan” ($11) is The 30-Day Playbook. “Everything” ($19) is The 30-Day Playbook and The Codex. The books are the same for everyone, whatever your result.
“Everything” also includes a weekly email from us while we send it. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any of them.
2. Buying
Payments are processed by Payhip, who also collect and pay the sales tax or VAT due on your purchase, and whose terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are in US dollars; tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. Each purchase is a single payment — there is no subscription and nothing renews. Payhip emails your download links as soon as the payment goes through.
3. Using the books
When you buy, you get a personal licence to download, read and print the books for your own use. Please do not share the files publicly, resell them or pass copies on — they are how this project pays for itself. Quoting a short passage with credit is fine. If the books are updated, the updated versions are included in what you paid for.
4. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. In short: a 60-day action-based money-back guarantee, plus the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK, subject to your consent at checkout to start the digital delivery straight away.
5. Not a medical or psychological service
Confbooster is not therapy, not a substitute for professional care, and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact a person now: emergency services, or one of the free lines listed at the foot of every page.
6. What we do and do not promise
We describe what the books ask you to do and what the research behind them does and does not show. We do not promise any particular result: what changes depends on what you do with the thirty days, and a self-guided plan should be expected to do less than the clinical trials its methods come from. The research page sets out those limits in full.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the quiz or the books is limited to the amount you paid for them. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
8. Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. The version in force when you bought applies to that purchase.
